Medea Bakradze is a versatile artist, painter, fashion, and product designer. She primarily works with oil paints and has a special passion for round-shaped art. Her ongoing fascination with circular forms is visible across many
of her paintings.
Her style blends contemporary and Renaissance influences, ranging from classical to modern art and impressionism, pop art, pointillism, abstract, conceptual art, pastels, posters, and performances. Medea also explores silk painting, often creating handmade, hand-painted scarves, dresses, and textiles.
Medea transforms her art into wearable fashion. Silk scarves, avant-garde dresses, streetwear, and classic outfits. all infused with painterly elegance. Her designs reflect a love for denim, exotic styles, and expressive, aesthetics. Her clothes make a personal, confident statement, worn with love, passion, and joy by people worldwide.
Curious and full of ideas, Medea is native Georgian speaker, fluent in English, French, Russian, and Italian. Her global outlook inspires her work across painting, sculpture, interior design, cinema, and more. Her optimistic, colorful style brings energy and joy to everything she creates.
Born on January 1st near the sea, Medea adores both the seaside and the spirit of the New Year. She begun painting early in life, studying at art school and continuing to develop her artistic voice independently. She has held solo and group exhibitions in galleries, museums, and public spaces, building lasting connections and friendships along the way.
Medea runs The Golden Sunset Gallery, where she curates exhibitions, leads a creative team, and develops both collaborative and personal projects. Open to new ideas and partnerships, she welcomes collaboration with artists, curators, galleries, and cultural institutions worldwide.
